Use and Cleaning

Can I put my LunchBots in the dishwasher?
Most of our products are dishwasher safe, including our stainless steel containers, dish sets, Dots lids, Rounds, and Clicks. However, our painted lids and thermal food containers should be hand washed.

Are LunchBots watertight?
Some are, some aren’t. LunchBots stainless steel lids fit snugly, but they are not watertight. If your meal is going to be jostled during the day, we recommend packing only non-liquid foods, or better yet: Use our watertight leak proof LunchBots which include the LunchBots Rounds, Clicks, Thermals, and Dips.

Can LunchBots go in the microwave? Oven? Freezer?
Like all metal items, LunchBots should not go in the microwave. They also get dangerously hot in the oven, and should not go in the freezer either. They are, however, very happy in the fridge.

Will LunchBots keep food hot?
Our Thermal insulated food containers keep food warm for four to five hours. However, our non-thermal LunchBots food containers are made from a single layer of stainless steel and are not designed to keep food warm. These will get hot if you pack them with hot foods, so we do not recommend that you store hot food in them.

Where are LunchBots currently sold?
LunchBots are currently sold in many stores throughout the United States. Use our US Store Locator to find a retailer near you in the US, or our directory of International Retailers for outside the US.

Can I purchase LunchBots online?
Customers in the US and Canada can purchase directly from LunchBots.com. International customers can purchase LunchBots from one of our International Retailers.

I placed an order on your website. When will my order ship?
All items ship within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and US holidays). Please allow approximately one week for your order to arrive in the US and approximately two weeks for orders to arrive in Canada.

We would like to customize your products. Can our company logo, colors, and name be added to the lid?
Sorry, we do not currently offer custom logos or colors.

Returns and Replacements

What returns do you accept?
We accept returns of products purchased on LunchBots.com. You must fill out a Return Authorization Form. If you purchased your LunchBots from another retailer, such as Amazon.com, please return them to the selling retailer.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30 day no-questions-asked return policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase made on LunchBots.com, simply fill out a Return Authorization Form and return it within 30 days. We will happily credit your original form of payment. Return postage is your responsibility.

What should I do if my product has a manufacturing defect?
All of our products come with a one year warranty against manufacturer’s defects. Just fill out a Warranty Claim Form.

I lost my LunchBots lid. Can I buy a replacement?
Of course! Replacement lids are available for many LunchBots containers.
