Shipping and Returns

When you place your order on LunchBots.com, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. So we’ve made our shipping and returns policies as simple as possible.

Shipping costs

We hate shipping costs as much as you do, so all items ship for FREE in the U.S. and Canada. (Canadian residents are responsible for their customs fees and duties.)

Delivery time

After you place your order, all items ship within 1 to 2 days from our warehouse in Northern California. Please allow approximately one week for your order to arrive in the U.S. and approximately two weeks for orders to arrive in Canada.

No-questions-asked return policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase made on LunchBots.com, simply return your order within 30 days and we will happily credit your original form of payment. All returns require a Return Authorization Number. Please email us at info@lunchbots.com and we will promptly issue you one.

If you purchased your LunchBots from another retailer, such as Amazon.com, please return them to that retailer.

Make sure to enclose both a copy of your original invoice and your Return Authorization Number. Please select a shipping method that provides a tracking number and delivery confirmation, and keep a copy of these numbers for your records. We are not responsible for lost returns.

Defective or incorrect items

Although we do our best to make sure each item is perfect, occasionally a glitch arises. If you have a quality problem with one of our products, please contact us at info@lunchbots.com. If possible, please include a photo.
