When you place your order on LunchBots.com, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. So we’ve made our shipping and return policies as simple as possible.

Shipping costs

We ship all items for free to USA and APO addresses.

Canadian orders are charged a flat $9.99 shipping charge. Canadian residents are responsible for their customs fees and duties.

Delivery time

After you place your order, all items ship within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and US holidays) from our warehouse in Northern California. Please allow approximately one week for your order to arrive in the U.S. and approximately two weeks for orders to arrive in Canada.

No-questions-asked return policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase made on LunchBots.com, simply return your order within 30 days and we will happily credit your original form of payment. All returns require a Return Authorization Number. Return postage is your responsibility. Please email us at [email protected] and we will promptly issue you one.

If you purchased your LunchBots from another retailer, such as Amazon.com, please return them to that retailer.

Make sure to enclose both a copy of your original invoice and your Return Authorization Number. Please select a shipping method that provides a tracking number and delivery confirmation, and keep a copy of these numbers for your records. We are not responsible for lost returns.

Warranty

We do our best to make sure each item is perfect. All LunchBots products have a one year warranty against manufacturer’s defects. Normal wear and tear, such as scratches and dings, are not covered under the LunchBots warranty. Please note that all LunchBots colored lids should be hand washed with a mild detergent. While designed to be durable, the painted surface on our lids can scratch or chip if the lid is dropped or rubbed against other items. This is considered normal wear and tear and is not covered under our warranty. If you have a warranty claim, please submit both a photo and proof of purchase to [email protected].

If you have lost your lid, we do have Extra Lids available for purchase.
