Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 14 days and we will happily credit your original form of payment. All returns require a Return Authorization Number, please email us at info@lunchbots.com and we will promptly issue you one. Sorry, shipping fees are not refundable.
When sending a return, enclose a copy of your original invoice and include your Return Authorization Number. Please select a shipping method that provides a tracking number and delivery confirmation, and keep a copy of these numbers for your records. We are not responsible for lost returns.

We were inspired to start LunchBots when our kids started school and we were packing a lot of lunches. Our concerns about the safety of plastic and its impact on the environment led us to design a plastic-free solution.
